We had a church fellowship time on Sunday evening. The family who opened their home live right off an inlet of the Chesapeake Bay. There were crabs to pick, for those who eat crustaceans, and other food to satisfy the noncrab eaters. It was a fun time to be together. For some reason, it didn't dawn on me to put on bug repellant until it was too late. A humid August evening, water all around us, and people make a perfect mosquito buffet. Needless to say, the gnats and mosquitoes had their dinner as well of which I am living, itchy proof. I wonder what these insects ate before the fall?
