Just out of the oven

This is a recipe for wonderful yeast rolls. These are a snap to make because the bread machine does all the work. I made some rolls for my neighbors, so I thought I would share the recipe. Buttery Bread Machine Rolls (from Quick Cooking magazine via recipezaar.com) 1 cup warm milk (70-80 degrees F) 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine (1 stick) 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp salt 4 cups bread flour 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1. Put all ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. 2. Select dough setting. 3. When cycle is complete, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. 4. Divide dough into 24 portions. 5. Shape dough into balls. 6. Place in a greased 13 X 9 baking pan or 2- round cake pans. 7. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Serve warm and enjoy!
