When you want McGod your way and on your terms, your mcsalvation is very questionalbe. How many of these churches who are opting for a God of their own imagination with fulfill Matthew 7:21? No wonder Jesus asked the question if He would find faith when He returned.
This is just one reason it's SO important to make sure our children understand why we believe what we believe. Otherwise, they're easy prey for this. We have Christians abandoning their local churches, and then we have others setting up churches like this. Where's the reverence, the sense of awe and holiness? We want God on our terms, and it's not a pretty sight.
Yes, he was right... and I just wonder, what is it that our children will see when they'll be our age?

What's really sad is that this seems to be the 'new' norm.
